Coolant gas
Our refrigerant blend was the first for cryogenic generators that is completely free of HCFCs and was specially developed for our DC cryocooler as well as Polycold® and Telemark systems.
Our refrigerant is a patented, non-toxic and non-flammable refrigerant gas with a significantly lower global warming potential (GWP) than OEM refrigerants.
Our refrigerant gas provides better performance with lower compressor discharge pressures and temperatures.
Top Up Service
We offer a specially tailored top-up service for Polycold® and Telemark cryogenerators. By using our universal refrigerant, cryogenerators from all manufacturers can be refilled to restore their original performance.
Leakage control on cryogenerators
Since 2014, cryogenerators containing 5-50 tons of CO₂e refrigerant must undergo an annual leakage check. All Polycold® PFC, Telemark TVP systems must therefore be checked regularly by a qualified company that is qualified in accordance with the requirements of (EU) N 517/2014.
Druschke GmbH has specially trained refrigeration technicians and is a “certified company according to §6 of the ChemKlimaschutzV”. If small leaks are detected on cryogenerators, they can be repaired on site. Leaks in compressors or leaks in the insulated upper area of the cryogenerators can be repaired by Druschke GmbH's in-house service.
Remanufacturing & Upgrade von Polycold®- und Telemark-Sytems
Polycold® and Telemark systems are essential for all thin film coating, metallurgy and vacuum heat treatment processes.
Druschke GmbH offers remanufacturing or upgrade of the Polycold® systems PFC00 and 01 series. The system upgrade also improves the performance and reliability of the Polycold® systems PFC 02.
Remanufacturing of all Polycold® and Telemark systems take place in accordance with (EU) N 517/2014 F_GAS regulations.
