Edwards iQDP repairs
We have taken over the repair of Edwards iQDP and Edwards QDP as an official Sunset Service Provider of Edwards since 01.01.2022. With our approx. 150m2 repair area and an additional approx. 50m2 test and inspection area, we are able to repair a large volume of pumps in the shortest possible time.
Edwards iQDP services at a glance:
- Claw recoating: All Teflon-coated parts are abraded and recoated with every repair. This work is carried out in-house, allowing us to tightly control the process and offer the lowest cost.
- Motor overhaul: Motors are overhauled with new bearings and undergo extensive testing to ensure electrical safety and adequate water cooling.
- N2 purge system: Gas modules are tested for helium leaks and all digital flow readings are verified with calibrated meters.
- Electrical and sensor modules: Independent testing of each module prior to installation in the pump ensures proper operation. We repair at board level, so we can fix almost any problem with these subsystems.
- Water cooling systems: Thermal control valves and other cooling system components are descaled, overhauled and fully hydrostatically pressure tested.
